Mexico is a domestic personnel
service offering all types of qualified household staff in San Miguel
de Allende.
The first step is to set up a site visit. We come out, meet you,
see your home and get a complete description of the ideal candidate.
Then we go back and search through all of the people we've interviewed
and screened to find someone who is best suited for your job. All
of our staff is carefully screened to ensure the satisfaction of
our customers.
We set up the top 3 candidates to meet with you, usually within
1 week of your call to us. You interview the candidate and let us
know directly whether or not you will hire him or her. If you decide
to hire the candidate, our fee is 2000 pesos, due the day the employee
starts work for you. This covers our efforts and expenses to locate
that employee. We can't "guarantee" anyone, but if for
any reason the employee doesn't work out within 30 days, we will
do our best to find a suitable replacement at no additional charge
to you.
Hiring staff through us means you have someone to turn to for general
advice when you have problems or questions regarding staffing issues,
too. Those who have hired through us have access to loads of resources
to help you decide what to pay or how to effectively manage your
staff.
As a bonus, we offer on or off-site professional training in Spanish!
